Broadcast said “one or two” Illinois State fans made comments of the “racial nature” towards NSU’s Jamarii Thomas. Fans were ejected and both head coaches got technical fouls."

Hit the 'Michael Sauls' link for the video. Bravo to the Norfolk State coach for not letting this slide.

.........................

5-foot-10 senior Darrion (St. Ignatius) Trammell is struggling with his shooting this season although he hit an important shot the other night late in a San Diego State game. In nine games and 24 minutes a contest, Trammell is shooting 29%, 28% and 74% shooting respectively while averaging 6.7 points per outing. He does have 27 assists versus 10 turnovers though. The G League looks like the next step in his basketball journey.

.........................

6-foot-10 Illinois senior Coleman (Antelope High/Prolific Prep) Hawkins has played in six games at 27 minutes a contest and is shooting 33%, 21% and 75% with just eight free throw attempts thus far and averaging 6.8 points and 5.5 rebounds alongside 8 blocked shots. It looks like he'll be a G League participant at best and maybe he'll unlock his potential in that setting.

Mark Lavrenov: "40 point 26 rebound game vs. Ponderosa highlights."
