Shanku Nair:"'25 Elijah Sykes has a well rounded scoring repertoire. Really good touch from all over the floor. Great footwork/shot prep when shooting pull-ups and off movement. Will passer who makes the extra pass as well."

Sykes stands 5-foot-10 and attends Pleasant Grove High. Call him one to watch as add 4-5 inches and he would be considered a blue chipper. His AAU squad is the Rose City Ballers.

Chase Rawlins: "Excited to take an unofficial visit to the University of Hawaii on August 1st."

Wouldn't it be a kick if the 2025 Rawlins eventually goes with Hawaii, plays there all four years and the Rainbow Warriors come to the mainland (Nor Cal specifically) a few times every season and kick butt.

Another evaluation of Rawlins from his recent play:

.........................

"Luke Laczkowski, PF, Texas Impact - Laczkowski landed over a handful of offers this grassroots season. His Saturday showing was a great example of why. He demonstrated a great shooting touch as a three-point shooter and impressed with his competitive nature. Army, Boston University, Bucknell, Sacramento State, and others have offered and are in pursuit."

He stands 6-foot-7 and is a 2025 prospect.

Jeff Goodman: "Darryn Peterson is considering Overtime Elite and Prolific Prep to play his final year of high school, he told TheFieldOf68."

Many consider Peterson the top guard in the 2025 national class.

.........................

Jose Cuello: "2024 College of the Sequoias (CA) G Jose Cuello has received an offer from Maryland Eastern Shore."

I'll never understand why Cuello is being offered at that level, even if it is very late in the recruiting cycle. He de-committed from Southeastern Louisiana in mid-June.

.........................

Verbal Commits: "2025 Layton Christian (UT) G Tyrin Jones has received an offer from San José State."
