News Bits

6-foot-11, 260 Dishon (St. Patrick-St. Vincent/Washington State) Jackson is playing well this season for North Carolina Charlotte. In 15 games/starts and 24 minutes a contest, the redhirt sophomore is averaging 10.3 points and 4.9 boards, shooting 61%, 14% and 67% respectively, alongside 16 blocked shots. He did miss the 2022-23 season due to undisclosed medical reasons but he's playing well now. Over the summer, there was chatter about him not being healthy and able to play but his output has proven that to be a nothing burger.
