Broyce Batchan has cast his lot with Head Coach Justin Labagh and City College San Francisco

He's a 6-foot-3 guard out of DeAnza High in the East Bay and Sunrise Christian Academy.

--------------------

John Bynum Jr.: "6-foot Damascus Sanders (Southwestern) has committed to Dominican University. Sanders averaged 24.4 and 4.4 rebounds last season for the Jaguars. Sanders was 2nd in the state in scoring last season."

--------------------

Chabot Basketball: "Gladiator Bball is excited about the commitment of 6’3 PG Marcellus Edwards (Speights Academy/Riordan HS) is a hi level PG with IQ and skill. Marcellus is 💪🏾 defender who can score and make plays at all 3 levels!"

--------------------

Verbal Commits: "2024 Indian River State (FL) F/C Deng Majak has received an offer from Pacific."

Majak stands 6-foot-11 and also has offers from Oakland University, Bryant University, Alabama Birmingham, Missouri State and South Carolina State.

--------------------

Verbal Commits: "6-foot-7 2024 Prolific Prep (CA) G Derrion Reid has received an offer from Arkansas."

--------------------

Fran Fraschilla: "The next iteration of conference realignment will be that schools like Vandy, Northwestern &  Rutgers will be evicted from their “gated communities.” I would mention Boston College but ACC is more like an 18-unit condo complex (but they do have a hot tub.)"

The money grab will get even more transparent.

--------------------

Jake Lieberman: "24 Mikey Lewis currently has a list of six programs:

  • Illinois
  • LSU
  • St. Mary's
  • San Diego State
  • Ole Miss
  • Kansas

Been told all six are actively recruiting Lewis."

Ole Miss????????  Kansas will be tough to top. Pulling for St. Mary's for obvious reasons but love Brian Dutcher at San Diego State. Will BJ (Modesto Christian) Davis' freshman presence on the border make the Aztecs less attractive to Lewis, or not matter?

--------------------

Modesto Junior College Men's Basketball: "CONGRATS! Lydell King, Modesto Junior College, signed to continue playing with Viterbo University. In his two year career with the Pirates Lydell averaged 9.1 points and 3.0 assists per game. GO Lydell!"

King stands 6-foot-1 and is out of East Union High in Manteca. VU is located in Wisconsin.

--------------------

COS Head Coach Dallas Jensen is bringing in 6-foot-2 Kareem Barnett out of Florida.

--------------------

Clovis North Boys Basketball: "Congratulations to 2024 PG Connor Amundsen for being recognized in the new ESPN rankings as a 3⭐️. Connor is ranked as the #4 PG, #22 overall in CA and #45 PG in the Nation."

Where he plays collegiately is anyone's guess at this point but a lot of coaches are going to rue their decisions not to pursue him.

Randal Bessolo: "BABCA Coaches Clinic on 9/23.   Great Roster of Coaches!   Please retweet and help spread the word!"
