Jeff Goodman: "San Francisco’s Malik Thomas has received a waiver from NCAA for another season of eligibility, source told TheFieldOf68. Virginia is the heavy favorite to land Thomas, source told TheFieldOf68. The 6-5 senior averaged 19.9 points per game last season and is a 40 percent 3-point shooter over the past two seasons."

Thomas will also gauge what interest the NBA has in him.

Hudson is a 6-foot-1 2027 point guard out of Inderkum High in Sacramento. He was named the Central Valley Coinference MVP this season. Hudson has two other offers (Sacramento State and ?).

Verbal Commits: "2025 City College of San Francisco (CA G King-Jhsanni Wilhite has committed to Lamar."

The 6-foot-1, 175 pound backcourter is also out of Archbishop Riordan and has two remaining years of eligibility. Besides Lamar, was involved with Southern Utah, Portland State and Chaminade. His numbers this season: 11.9 points on 47%, 41% and 80% shooting respectively alongside 2.2 assists on the state championship winning team.

PortalUpdates: "Western Michigan transfer JaVaughn Hannah has committed to San José State. The 6’4” junior guard started 24/30 games played, averaging 12.0 points, 4.1 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and 1.3 steals per game this season. Was named MAC 6th Man of The Year in 2023-24."

Spartan Coach Tim Miles is starting a 6-foot-4 and under league. SJSU has lost all its centers and power forwards from the 2024-25 roster.

The 6-foot, 195 pound Woodson is out of Archbishop Riordan. He earned First Team All State status this season, averaging 15.7 points, 5.5 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game.

A bit cryptic but it's Northwest Florida State College for DVK (Monterey Trail High) in his sophomore year. It has to be a great place to be since it's located in Niceville (I kid you not). The hoops team finished 20-9 this season
