"4-star wing Jasir Rencher picks Washington after Buzz Williams leaves for Maryland"

Players usually really want to play for the head coach at the college they choose but apparently not so much in this case. Unless, it was that ol' devil NIL offer that did the trick here. Good to have Rencher on the West Coast.

Camden stands 6-foot-8 and weighs 220 pounds.

Jarin Edwards: "I’d like to announce that I am officially in the transfer portal. Here are my highlights from the 24-25 season.  Coaches DM if interested please!"

Edwards is a 6-foot-4, 215 sophomore guard out of Bishop O'Dowd and Hawai'i Hilo. He nabbed 75 steals in 32 games at 20 minutes a contest this past season. That's rather remarkable.

Nicholas Podesta: "I’m honored and excited to have the opportunity to lead an elite program at Liberty, and I couldn’t be more energized to get started. It feels great to be a Patriot!"

Nick is one of the good guys. Get ready for that summer heat Nick since Liberty High is located in Brentwood. But coming from the Clovis area, he's primed. Nick's gonna bring some winter warmth.

David Young: "Extremely blessed to receive my first official offer from the University of Hawai’i at Hilo! Thank you to Coach Aiona and the staff for believing in me!"

The 6-foot-5 Young played the last two season at Lower Columbia College in Washington and in 2024-25 he earned NWAC Tournament MVP and Defensive Player of the Year honors. He graduated from Folsom High.

Sam Kayser: "NEWS: Louisiana Tech guard Al Green is down to six schools, a source tells LeagueRDY:

  • UNLV
  • Nevada
  • Loyola Chicago
  • East Carolina
  • Wichita State
  • San Diego

Averaged 10.2PPG, 2.3RPG and 1APG last season. Shot 42.1% from 3."

The 6-foot-4 Green is out of Franklin High (Elk Grove) and also graduated from San Diego City College. Might San Diego have an in?

New! Al Green will be playing at The Thomas and Mack Center one mile off the Las Vegas Strip.

Sam Kayser: "NEWS: Texas A&M commit 6-foot-3 Ace Glass is reopening his recruitment, he tells LeagueRDY. He originally chose Texas A&M over Stanford and Wyoming. Native of Rancho Cucamonga, California."

I remember when he signed because of the stark disparity in his choices. The Cardinal do need  backcourt help as Oziah (Modesto Christian High) Sellers is transfer portaling from the shooting guard role and point Jaylen Blakes is graduating. Plus, three star guard Myles Jones isn't coming over from Modesto Christian High until 2026. Stanford Coach Kyle Smith did sign Ebuka Okorie, a prep point from back east, in November but is he ready for ACC play? Facetiously (because others have certainly entered his recruitment), if the Cardinal can't beat out Wyoming...

Rivals Hoops: "2025 Rivals150 C Parker Jefferson is planning visits to Rutgers, Stanford and San Francisco per RivalsRichie."

Jefferson is 6-foot-10, 235 and out of southern California. He committed to Minnesota back in November but changed his mind with the head coach change there. He absolutely has an A+ name for an athlete.
