John Bynum Jr.: "Miles Lewis (Contra Costa) has committed to Hawaii Pacific University. Lewis averaged 13.9 points and 4.8 assists last season for the Comets while shooting 51% from the floor."

Lewis is a 6-foot sophomore and prepped at Sacramento Charter High.

Darren Vorderbrugge just stepped down as the HP head coach with no official announcement as yet regarding his successor.

Martinez is a 6-foot-6 sophomore and out of Kingsburg High.
